Richard A. Leland, Jr.

Richard A. (Rick) Leland,
Jr. received a B.A. Cum Laude in 1976 from Amherst College
majoring in economics.
Mr. Leland graduated from Hastings College of the Law in 1980 and was
admitted to the Bar in 1980. While at Hastings he was the Managing
Editor of the Hastings International and Comparative Law Review and
was a member of the order of the Coif and the Thurston Honor Society.
Before moving to Chico Mr.
Leland practiced real estate and securities work in San Francisco
with Shepard, Mullin,
Richter & Hampton and Leland & Stanley. Mr. Leland moved to the North Valley in 1993 and
formed Leland, Schultz & Morrissey in March of 1997.
Mr. Leland resides in Durham
with his wife, Gayle, and their daughters, Stephanie and Kelsey.
Since January of 1997, Mr.
Leland has served Butte County as a Planning Commissioner and is
a past President of the Butte County Bar Association. |
