Joseph L. (Joe) Schultz
joined the firm in 1994. He received his under-graduate degree from
Stanford University, where he played freshman basketball and varsity
baseball. He received his law degree from the University of California
Hastings College of the Law and was admitted to the California Bar in
1972.
After beginning a practice
in San Francisco, Mr. Schultz returned to his home town of Vallejo
where he joined the firm of Mossman and Ioakimedes in 1975. He became
a partner in the firm of Mossman, Ioakimedes and Schultz in 1978. In
1981 Mr. Schultz established his own firm as a sole practitioner in general
practice before forming
Leland, Schultz & Morrissey.
Mr. Schultz's practice emphasizes estate planning and
litigation, which complement the firm's real estate and business
practices.
Mr. Schultz has been active
in a variety of service, fraternal and civic activities. He completed
the 1995-1996 Leadership Chico program. He lives in Magalia with his
wife, Diane. |
